Perfect.
Stays put on those faux suede couches. Perfect neck/head support. Adds height if position properly. Can finally rest my 6'4 tall head while unwinding with a movie. Can recommend!

Had hoped for better
Unfortunately the Velcro tape doesn’t stick well to the back of my armchair. Personally I prefer a cushion with a little less bounce too.

Chair pillow
The tape doesn't hold for very long but it does have a couple of pouches so I put a baggie full of beans in each pouch for weight. Works great. Pillow is comfortable.

Padding is not adjustable.
Features state "A zipper at the back allows you to add or remove padding to find the optimal support you want." The cotton padding is in a sewn bundle. The entire bundle is removable but to remove only part of the padding requires ripping the sewn seams then re-sewing.
