This volleyball is the exact size and weight we were looking to find for our 9 year old who just sparked an interest in volleyball. It is just the right size it isn't too large nor too small and the weight is perfect because it is easy for her to get an understanding of how to strike the ball but also won't bruise her from being too heavy. She also really enjoys the colors of the ball and how bright they are she talks about that quite a bit.

I'll start this review with the caveat that I'm not a seasoned or educated volleyball player. However, I've played recreationally off and on for 20 years. This ball is brightly colored just like the pic, with a tight little silvery hexagonal pattern across the whole ball. Looks sharp. Feels soft. I love the spongy, slightly grippy feel of the outer layer. It doesn't hurt to hit like many new volleyball do before they're broken in. This may not be the ball for you if you're used to the traditional panels and look and feel of an official volleyball, but if you, like me, just play occasionally for fun, this ball is impressive!

This is a great volleyball! I personally really enjoy playing with it, though some of my teammates said it was a bit too smooth and soft (especially for setters). As a hitter, it's awesome for me though! I also like the bright colors. Makes it easy to keep track of when there are multiple volleyballs around.

got this ball to start my 18yo on volleyball practice. This ball is very soft and it has the regular ball size, Perfect for easy drills and technique practice. Wont use it for a regular game since its lighter, but overall a very good ball

Got this for the kid's volleyball practice. This ball has a really great feel. The soft exterior helps with the grip. The inflating pressure is shown to be 6 to 8 pounds. But going up to 8 pounds makes it very hard on the child's hands and wrist. Ideal would be around 7 (middle of the range, anyway).The ball will be used mostly indoors, and we'll see how long it lasts.

Nice quality volleyball

This volleyball is so much fun to use for practice. My son loves that it is soft to the touch and does not hurt his hands when he is hitting it. Overall a really nice volleyball.
