Worked at up to 12K elevation
We started taking one tablet 48 hours prior to a trip to Colorado and at least one tablet every day during our trip. We were able to get to 12,129 feet elevation with minimal to no issues for anyone in our group (age range from 16-60 and varying fitness levels).

Hydrating with flavor & helpful ingredients - my push to drink more
"Keep Hydrated" I've heard it for years. Well, these tablets give me a little variety beyond 'just drinking plain water'. I found the strawberry flavor to be somewhat too strong in the measurement they suggest, so I had to 'water it down'. I guess, that pushed me to drink even more. I am glad that (fake) dyes were not in the ingredients. The carrying case for the 20 tablets is good and strong, but I wish it came with a small case for 3 or 4 tablets - a more practical size for a day out. My first Denver day, I was feeling light-headed and not quite right, but I then started with the tablets (& extra water) and quickly went back to my normal. I am happy with my purchase.

Altitude sickness -they work!
These altitude sickness adhesive stickers saved the day when traveling through the Andes. Many people were ill at 8,000-13,000 feet. I wore them even though I have never had altitude sickness. I actually think they gave me more energy, and saved me a trip to the doctor for the RX brand.

Effective but I suggest trying local alternative
Effective drink but you’re better off with the herbal plant that you can buy locally

Did not work
I tried this product the patches and the summit tablets at the same time and it did not work. I went to Peru for two weeks. Cusco was at the highest altitude, I followed the directions abut these items did not work. Unfortunately there is no return policy so now I have these items that do not work. If you want something to help with your altitude sickness get stuff from your doctor. These supplements did not work. Save your money.

It must contain caffeine.
I took it when I went to high altitude area. It caused me palpitations and sleeping difficulties. I throw it away.

Literally saved my work trip
Went on a work trip and I was so glad I brought these. I'm used to 1000 above sea level and was at 8000-9000 consistently for a week. First two days I did good. Took one when I woke up, one mid morning, one mid after noon and one with dinner. On Wednesday I failed and into Thursday had a panic attack, felt nauseated etc. Was worried id miss my meetings. Took one Thursday morning and it made everything better. I made sure I was consistent the rest of the trip. I will never not have these with me.

Did not help.
I tried and it did not work well for altitude sickness. Even with being well hydrated I still had a couple of days I lost to my altitude sickness. It was worth a try though
