I really love this hair mask. It really saved my low porosity 3c-4a curls. Havent really noticed any results yet but I it hydrates and strengthens my hair so well. I will definitely be using this consistently from now on.

I think this is a great hair mask for 4c hair. It's really thick with a strong smell of peppermint and I can tell they were generous with the ingredients while making this product. It's thick so I had to make sure my hair was saturated with water when running my fingers through my hair. Its a big container so I know it's going to last me awhile which is another plus. It left my hair soft with a strong tingly peppermint smell. In addition, I use it with a hooded dryer and plastic cap so it can penetrate my hair and scalp. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the front of the container says it contains biotin but I'm not seeing it listed in the ingredients. It probably does contain biotin but maybe their was an error in the packaging. Overall, I would buy this product again and use it in my hair care routine once a week.

Our hair is a little on the dry side as well as being limp and lifeless. We were looking for something to rejuvenate our hair and nourish it at the same time. This Sunny Isle Rosemary Mint Hair and Strong Roots Masque caught our eyes so we thought we would give it a try.I tried it first and then my husband did. After washing my hair I lightly towel dried my hair and then I applied a generous amount of the masque. I combed it through allowing the masque to be spread evenly throughout my hair making sure to get complete coverage. I then covered it with a shower cap. After about 10 minutes I rinsed it thouroughly and dried my hair then styled it. I found that my hair much softer and it had more life to it. I found it was easier to style it and it had a nice sheen. Obviously with all the vitamins and minerals contained in the masque it enriched my hair. My husband tried it as well and he left it in for about 20 minutes and he reported having the same kind of results. He was very happy as was I.This will be a regular once a week treatment for our hair from this point on as this product delivered as advertised.

This is a rather large container, and it smells great. The mint is stronger than the rosemary, and also makes the mask kind of tingly. The mask is thick, so have really wet hair or add a little water to move it through your hair. Feels cool on my head.Leaving it on for 10-15 minutes does not seem enough for my hair. I have fine/thin hair, but it has not made my hair greasy. However, the softness of my hair has not improved and my hair still feels dry to me. I have been using it once a week for about a month, and will keep using it to see if my overall hair improves from the roots. I have not yet tried wrapping my hair (I need to get more plastic shower caps) or heating it with a blow dryer as recommended on the jar, since I am usually in the bath when I use this.

I really liked this conditioner! It is on the thicker side, and a little will go a long ways. The scent reminds me of any shampoo/conditioner that contains mint, and when used will make your skin tingle. I didn't use it on my whole head, because I tend to get oily hair when I use conditioner on my scalp. I used it mainly 3/4 to the ends. I did go back and put a little more on the ends though. I live in a dry climate, and around this time of year, my hair gets even drier if possible. I left the conditioner on for 5 minutes, then rinsed it out. Because it is thicker, it took me a bit longer to rinse it all out of my hair. When finished, my hair smelled clean, without the overpowering scent of mint. I did use another styling product on my hair, but was happy that it was easy to comb through and felt like it was conditioned. One thing I didn't like is that it did make my hair soft... so soft that I had flyaways, which I normally don't have. This might be a better conditioner for me when the air isn't as dry as it is through the winter.

This is a great product to add to your routine hair care regimen. It adds great moisture and hydration, and I like to use it weekly or bi weekly. The masque has a strong mint fragrance that is refreshing and clears the senses. I don't notice the rosemary notes. The product has a nice consistency that coats my long straight hair nicely. I have color treated hair as well, and I didn't notice any color fade from using this product. It definitely leaves a tingling sensation on my scalp-even after my hair was rinsed and fully styled. My hair is soft and manageable whenever I use this conditioner. It is a great price at $15 as well. The container is large and will last me quite awhile. I love the added Jamaican castor oil as well. It is one of my favorite ingredients for my hair.
