Good support
My daughter loves these for volleyball. It was an adjustment from what she had been using

Defective
Trash do not buy! The carbon fiber footplate literally broke on 1 insole the first step!

Hard material, not supportive
The hard plastic bottom eventually did less good then I would’ve liked, but it was simply too much to have that thick piece of plastic at the bottom, not naturally forming

Worth the price????
So, these insoles are more costly than the usual over the counter insoles out there on the market but they are a LOT less expensive than custom orthotic insoles. I have purchased insoles in the past that seems rather flimsy and I am not sure if much benefit was had by adding them to the shoes being worn. This pair is made of sturdier stuff and one can feel the difference. This pair was for my husband, who had custom orthopedics in his shoes, ones that took some getting used to. He took the customs out and put these in and was pleasantly surprised by the result - he preferred these to his customs! Since they are a fraction of the price of customs, these are a good value for us. Others will probably have different experiences since everyone's foot is different and these might not be as comfortable as the cheaper insoles or supportive enough as custom. For us, it's a very good balance between comfort, support, and affordability.

Would not buy again.
Way to rigid and too expensive.

Truly pro insoles
With close to 9 miles of walking/running per weekday I must take care of my feet. Avoiding pain allows you to complete your exercise goals and does not damage your feet. The insole which come with even good shoes/sneakers are not enough to protect your feet. As soon as I get a new pair (after 500-600 miles) I replace the insoles with pro insoles, which unfortunately have a bit of a high price tag. Still, the value for money is there, since they protect you from injuries which will cost much more to remedy later. These insoles got my attention since they have the carbon fiber board at the bottom. A podiatrist told me to ensure that any pro insoles I get should be solid to almost the ball/toes. The ones which have a solid back only in the rear half, don’t really do much to support vigorous exercise. This one is comfortable to wear, the fit was great – for a 9 I had to do NO trimming.

Squeaky inside High Tops
UPDATE: I've been suffering from heel pain (under my foot) lately so I decided to try these insoles again. This time, I utilized them in 2 different pairs of athletic shoes and, I also have been using them in my slippers. I am surprised at how much they have helped with the pain. So much so, I popped back on here to add another pair to my shopping cart._______________________________________I purchased the - XINIFOOT Performance Insoles Carbon Fiber Shock Absorbing Sport Shoe Insoles for Running, Basketball, Athletics Arch Support Insoles Inserts for Hiking Boots or Shoes – to use in a pair of Converse High Tops that I wear to work. There are many of days where I’m on my feet for the entire 12 hour workday. I was hoping that these insoles would alleviate the pain I sometimes experience. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get to try these insoles in the shoes for which I purchased them for because for some strange reason, when inserted and walked on, they made an annoying squeaking noise and in both shoes. I’ll have to investigate as to why that is. For the time being, my feet will never know if these insoles do what they claim to do.

They're ok
They're ok, and appear to be well made. The arch support is good, but I'm limited as to what shoes I can use these in. The toe area seems to be thicker than others I've tried, and my feet are really crammed in the shoe. It's just not comfortable at all. I can't use these in any of my shoes but I have a couple pairs of boots they work in. Disappointed because I think they are good supports, just too thick for most of my shoes.
