Great vitamins, i have no complaints. I could not tell a huge difference but they were easy to take.

This is a really great reasonably dosed fertility supplement from a very reputable brand. I buy, for my family, the DHA/EPA fish oil from them for years and had no issues at all (just buy them in the cooler/winter months so they don't stick/melt.) I especially like the vitamin D being at that percentage because it's enough such that if you get a little sun during the day, drink milk that contains vitamin d, etc...you'll achieve enough vitamin D intake for the needs of your body, esp. if you take other supplements that also contain Vitamin D. Also, it's not that you go out of your way to get a little sun or drink milk with vitamin d, etc...it's that most people typically do, so you don't need crazy high IU levels of a vitamin D supplement that your body now has to struggle with rather than using properly, the same goes for the rest of the ingredients in this formulation.

I really like Nordic Naturals as a company and feel their supplements are trustworthy. However I feel this could contain more to support fertility. The ingredients are only a step above a basic myo and dchiro inositol supplement. This will help regulate fertility but with less than 100% vitamin D and no folate or folic acid, this supplement is really missing some key components.

I took these pills for 3 months and had no changes or anything. Easy to swallow.

After a month, I don’t notice any difference. Can’t tell if it’s working or not. Maybe others have better luck but for me, I can’t say I’ll be getting any more. Everything on the bottle and ingredient list looks good!

Overall: Recommended! Impressed by the simple ingredients and the company has a good reputation. Not sure if this is directly affecting fertility but for us indirect support is enough. Cheers
