I was surprised at how this brix meter was so easy to use right out of the box. Seems to be very accurate. I’m very pleased with this product and recommend it as a good value and great performance.

I am new at making sorbet and read enough to decide to get a refractometer. I am learning to like things being easy, without losing effectiveness. The AquilaPro Digital Brix Refractometer is easy to use and clean and helped me produce a delicious raspberry sorbet. I had to add quite a bit more syrup.

Used for a while then it just stopped working with an error.

I purchased this after my sorbet attempt failed… since getting this I have made multiple fruit sorbet batches and having this device has made all of them a great success. I am so happy with this and highly recommend it. It is so easy to use and according to my sorbet success rate I believe the % is spot on.

Good display, fast readings, easy to clean with excellent rechargeable battery life.

Great performance. Tried with a manual refractometer and the digital was really on the correct percent or close to it. I would say this unit is pretty accurate. Definitely worth the money and the convenience is nice. The digital display with back lighting capabilities makes it super easy to read with large numbers.
