Science for Common Entrance 13+ Exam Practice Questions UK ed. Edition

i have bought these books to prepare my son for the 13 plus . i help my son in his learning and find that very help full . nicely written provides a better way to engage kids in reading habit linked to their year 7 studies.

A very good workbook. Covered nearly everything and easy to use. Certainly helped with revision and results. CE all over now, back to normality. Book put away for next grandchild next year.

I bought three of these books in English, Science and Maths for my son at a cost of almost £50, believing them to be of high quality and therefore worth the price. I should have read the previous reviews more carefully. NO ANSWERS are supplied with the books, therefore making them almost worthless. To add insult to injury, there is a sign on the back of the book that says 'answers available as PDF downloads'. This is true but Galore Park will charge you £11.99 plus VAT for the privilege! Or of course, you can part with the same or more for a paper copy.With three children, I've bought many different exam practice books in my time, but I've never come across this before. Answers have always been included. It's a shameless, utter rip-off for parents and both the publishers of Galore Park and David E. Hanson should be ashamed of themselves. Almost £100 for three books plus answers is ridiculous.
