Works great
Works great. Keep it unplugged when not in use or you could have problems.

Perfect for on-demand AC
I installed it directly onto my center console, and I love having 120v on hand. I load tested it at 450 continuous watts for an hour and it was hot but not as much as I would have thought. My regular use is closer to 200W and it works great at that. Although it is not a true sine wave inverter, it charges/runs things that other inverters don't. Even with the only airflow coming from the built in fan it doesn't get too hot, with a USB fan on it it stays ambient temp. My only complaint is that the manual mentions hardware and a bolt on the unit for a ground but there isn't an easy point to wire in a ground or the hardware to do it.

Mobile A/C Plug Unit
What a great powerful power inverter. My daughter charged her laptop to finish all of her homework while we were stuck in traffic for 2 hours. What an amazing product. I suggest every get one just in case you need and A/C outlet.

three years later and it's still working fine. using it on a 300 watt fridge, solar setup and its working great

Great camping companion
We love the fact that it can be plugged in or it can be used directly on the battery. This is a great addition to our camping and traveling accessories.

Power source
This does not work well in winter, if you leave this in your car and try to use it it will not work, however it’s a good power source on road-trips for cell phones etc

Never worked
Attempted to us it about 2 months after my purchase. Never worked. All 3 fuses we functional (not popped). I tested my cigarette lighter with other gadgets and it worked fine. Plugged this product in... No power...no power light. Disappointed.

Works great when hooked up properly.
I'm using it in my car to power a home theater subwoofer (PL 200ii) it's a 250watt sub/amp. I have it hooked through the cigarette outlet and it sounds great only using 150-180 watts through lighter. You will need longer battery cables to have a permanent setup through battery to get the full power of inverter. You should never use a inverter with your car off. Anything running off the car battery without alternator turning will kill your battery. I cant tell if fan is noisy since its powering a 12inch sub.
