What a tank! Thick, solid and beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship is top notch especially for the price. And the sheath is made of thick leather that should hold up for a lifetime. This knife powered through chest cavity of my Elk and made quick work of the field dressing. It had up and the edge stayed sharp after a day of hard work. A brute of a knife. Highly recommend and I'm buying another one to give to my son.

This knife is absolutely fantastic!!! Very durable and feels great in my hand. It doesn’t feel uncomfortable and it very evenly weighted. The blade is very sharp and makes precision cuts. The leather sheath is amazing and fits the knife great! It definitely keeps that sharp bode at bay when I’m not using it. I would 100% recommend this knife to anyone who wants a knife they know will last them a lifetime with proper treatment, and wants a knife that has such an amazing blade. I would give this life a 5 out of 5 stars.

First, the knife arrived earlier than promised. Right out of the box, it feels good in your hand. Solid. Tight. Weighty. Feels like quality. And though beauty is in the eye of the beholder, this is a very handsome blade. And it’s a BIG blade. I can see it performing a variety of tasks from gutting, skinning, and breaking down game to various “camp knife” jobs.The sheath is well made and well finished, too. Many times, knife makers either don’t or can’t make a decent sheath. This sheath is definitely an exception. It’s very nice. The knife fits snugly, perfectly, into place. My only concern with the sheath is the potential for the blade edge to cut the retention strap as the knife is returned to the sheath.These are my initial perceptions. I have barely taken it out of its packaging. Of course, time will tell how the knife and sheath hold up to use and wear. But this certainly seems to be a quality product.This knife has the size, weight, and versatility to be the one knife you need around camp. I look forward to taking it with me to elk camp in Colorado in September.

This is my first actual bushcraft knife that I have spent over $50 on and I am so glad I did. This knife is absolutely beautiful. It’s razor sharp out of the box and has some nice weight to it. The blade is thick so you know it’s not going to break the first time you use it. It’s also very well balanced and it just looks good. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an entry level bushcraft knife. It’s everything you’d need an a little more. The leather sheath is also worth talking about. The leather work is awesome. There is no loose strands of stitching anywhere on the sheath. The whetstone and ferro rod all fit perfectly as well as the knife itself. You won’t have to worry about the knife or any other item flying out if everything is secured properly.

I've owned the #29 and just recently purchased this #39. I already knew what to expect for durability and quality. These bushcraft knives are simply some of the best I've EVER owned. I can't believe there's not more people talking about these knives. The sheath is also very very superb quality! Trust me when I say they didn't slack when making these knives! I absolutely LOVE Jeo Tec and will be purchasing lots more from them. If your thinking about making a purchase, don't think...🗣DO IT!!! 5 star rating from me and I honestly can't say enough about these knives. Mine came razor sharp! Knife is great and durable and fairly easy to sharpen even for a stainless steel. Edge retention is similar to 1095. This knife is great for bushcraft and excels at task in that nature. Batoning, feathersticking, striking a ferro rod, all great. The only thing this knife can’t do is chop. For its size it does good but then again this knife isn’t a chopper so no complaints there. The only downside to this is the sheath. It’s honestly an awesome sheath and great leather and durability. However, there is one flaw. The way the retention strap is set makes it easy for sheathing and unsheathing the knife for the blade to come into contact with the strap. Due to this being a sharp knife and a knife that is easy to maintain sharpness frequent contact with the strap will in time cut it off. Aside from this everything is great. I do not regret buying this and would buy it again, sheath and all.

I own dozens of knives from most manufacturers and wanted a good strong camp knife for bushcraft and other chores in the woods. The weight and feel of this knife is great and I promptly took it outside and trimmed some branches on a maple tree. It went through like butter. The sheath is nice although I am a little afraid of accidently cutting off the retention strap when extracting or returning the knife to the sheath. I would no reservations using this knife to dress a deer even though I have specific knives for doing that. This is definitely a keeper.

This is my first purchase of Jeo-Tec. All my other knives are from the major US manufactures. The picture on Amazon looked pretty nice so I though to take a chance. It was the right move. Jeo-Tec is at least equal to or better than Esse of Topps. The price is reasonable and compares to other manufactures. This is a quality knife. Oh, by the way, I am ordering another Jeo-Tec knife right now

I own a couple of these spanish knifes, Joker, nieto, Cudeman and this Jeo tec is in the same range.Superb knife, feels big, sturdy, excellent grip/balance...The main reason why I love these knives is the steel : IT LOOKS LIKE STEEL.... I don't like the cheap trend of black coating on blades or dull sandstone finish (even if I own a couple), even on quality metal. You pay the price but you have a great looking quality steel blade.I love the flat sabre grind, both razor sharp yet solid compared to hollow/flat grinds.The red liner on the handle is a nice touch, common to all these knives (they might be produced in the same place?). The leather sheath seems very fonctional, smell quality leather, and is complete with an EMERGENCY sharpening stone (too coarse) and a firesteel. I would have liked a rambo style design, but its pretty good.Just a note : these knives beeing extremely sharp, you have to be a bit carefull when you put them back in the sheath.Expensive? I would just say its the fair price of it. You love knives? Pretty sure this one will be in your top list.

Buen cuchillo. Grande, para uso general, no es de sacar al campo todos los días, pero tengo otro más pequeño. Me robaron la funda y el vendedor me atendió para comprobar que la de Kydex era compatible enviándome incluso fotos. Compré la de Kydex y perfecto. Buena y rápida atención.

Super couteau pour le bushcraft, pour un meilleur tranchant (plus solide) j'ai convexifié la lame a la main et franchement très bon résultatl'acier est assez mou ce qui permet un facilité d'affutage sur le terrainet en plus l'étui est confortable, juste le firesteel fais cheap il s'es cassé après quelques usages, dommage...mais super couteau, bonne prise en main (j'ai des mains assez grandes) et la lame est assez large pour bâtonner sans se poser de questions (j'ai même déjà fendu des buches avec XD)
