Feels very comfortable however you may get blood blisters the first time using them, Helped me reach 120 kg bench injury free and they are very high quality, Very good support and i feel less elbow pain when i use them after a workout, very good value for money.

I have started using this as a wrist wrap instead of an elbow wrap. My low rating is based on the fact that I bought an elbow wrap and not a wrist wrap. The main issue and a big problem is that the strap part you need to wear before wrapping is way too small. If you manage to get it past your arm, there's difficulty bringing it past your forearm. And even then, it is way too tight and restricts blood. So why not just wear it without sliding your arm through? Well, because then it is so difficult to put on without anchoring it to your arm first. It is also quite tight and restrictive. I wore it as a wrist wrap instead and it worked great! It's why I say it is way too small for an elbow wrap. Seeing as I was looking for elbow wrap and not wrist wrap, I am giving this a low score. Unless you have extremely small limbs, and I am talking child/pubescent (even at that not sure), I would not advice getting this product as a wrist wrap.
