Works ok. Wish the remote was strong enough to go through walls as sometimes I'm in another room when my dog goes crazy. Not sure how well it will work when he's far away outside but I know inside we have to be in the same room or it will not work. An auto setting for when I'm not in the same room with him would also be nice.UPDATE: collar no longer holds a charge very well. It's supposed to last 10 days but I'm lucky to get 5 days now. Collar also seems to always be stuck in sleep mode so I'm not sure how much longer this thing will last. I always have to press the power button to get it to come back on.

the unit works great - I had some difficulty 'pairing' the control to the module, not sure how I did it, instructions were not real specific. Once I got it working it is fantastic --- the only other negative is the small plastic module to check that voltage is working does not match the same width of the 2 posts on the module .. not that big a deal, just need to check the shock feature on your leg -- I use level (10) and I did jump --- the vibrating feature I use level (85) ...that seems to work on my 38# Australian 9 month old shepherd. -- He was JUMPING at our bird cages (3 of them), so we started with the vibrate feature. It deterred him for awhile, then he was used to it - so we had to shock him -- he jumped and now when we say NO, he backs away and just sits and looks at them. Every once in awhile, he gets too close and the vibrate feature always works. The vibrate feature does stop him barking out the front window at all the birds and squirrels. We started training him walking near the creek and needed to shock him once to get his attention, but he is so quick, he jumped in at the next walk and the unit STILL WORKED, so it does have water protection. I am very satisfied - You WILL NEED TO MARK the hole on the collar strap so you always use the same hole, it needs to be fairly tight. We used some liquid white out on the black vinyl strap. good luck !

I have a pitbull and English Stafford bull terrier that is now 7 months old. I put the collar on him at 6onths. I only used it when he was on a walk. I never used the shock part but once on level 3 and that's because I hit it by accident. After 3 weeks of just using it on walks he doesn't need it. If I pick up the remote he sits. If he doesn't listen all o have to do itake it beep and that's with the collar even sitting on the table. I love it.

I bought it for my son to use on his 55 pound puppy. It works well. He says he's rarely had to use anything but the beep noise. Once the dog experienced a light shock, the beep gets his attention every time and seems to be all that is needed. The dog likes it too - he's eaten two of the handheld remotes so far.

I’ve had this for a couple weeks now and it’s working great. For the price I am really surprised by the quality. I had ordered a similary priced collar before and it quit working within a week. It was also inferior in quality by design and materials.If something comes up I will update this review but so far, so good.

This is one of the best shock collars I have had for a dog. It worked a large radius, and I had him trained to it within a day. He was back to the door at just the beep. it had many settings and worked great even through his thicker coat. I Just wish it came with a dummy black to put on the collar. It was difficult to take on and off every single day to charge and he wouldn't listen if the collar wasn't on him.

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd with no recall. When outside - she knows there is nothing I can do. After 1 day of wearing - and using only the "tone" button - she comes in the house when called, first time. After 1 week - I don't even put it on her unless expecting company.

Stopped working few weeks after using it. Loved it when it worked, now it's a expensive bulky collar that won't shock, vibrate, nor beep. Don't recommend if you're wanting something that will keep working.
