I like the layout. simple to read and understand. This is a great book for a beginner and teaches you the correct ways to learn & teach.

I purchased this book for my yoga certification (required). I was surprisingly shocked on how simple it was to read and comprehend.The chapters are interesting, not long and exhausting to read.

Very informative book. I am currently utilizing it for my yoga 200 hour course and I am learning a lot about the different techniques and what yoga is truly about which gives me a more well-rounded view of the practice that I want to start.If you’re a beginner in yoga, I would definitely recommend getting this book. I only put four stars cause I haven’t finished it yet, but it’s looking pretty good so far.!

A must for pursuing teacher training

I am currently in a yoga teacher training course and this book is something that I needed for the curriculum. Everything is as expected! It’s a very informative book and perfect if you are in training or just looking for some more knowledge on teaching.
