Great For Beginners
Very informative book. I am currently utilizing it for my yoga 200 hour course and I am learning a lot about the different techniques and what yoga is truly about which gives me a more well-rounded view of the practice that I want to start. If you’re a beginner in yoga, I would definitely recommend getting this book. I only put four stars cause I haven’t finished it yet, but it’s looking pretty good so far.!

Vital, relevant info for today's Yoga professionals!
When I heard that Amy and Taro were revising their book, I decided to reread the original, which I first read in 2017. I reminisced the pre-pandemic days of large, crowded yoga classes. In the early days of the pandemic lockdown, Amy offered a series of online classes to yoga professionals around the world, gently guiding us into this new realm of teaching online. Now Amy and Taro have brought this vital, relevant new information into their book. It reads just like Amy’s voice—clear, articulate, and genuine!
