Bike not set up properly gears , breaks etc ...poor customer service

I'm very happy with the bike it is very very good item it's well built and very well packed as well been on once just to try so far so good well for the price it's a nice bike for the money hopefully when the weather is better we can give a better review of it and postage was quicker than expected many thanks Peter mocroft.
