These are very nice boots, a bit stiff at first but like any shoe they need to be broken in first. The sole can be a bit tough I would recommend a high quality insole insert but other then that they are great. They look good, and are almost exactly the size they say they should be. I highly recommend using there size chart and measuring your feet over going with your normal shoe size. I measured my feet on a peice of paper and got the size. ( 9 ) that was just barely bigger then what my foot measured and the shoe is just barely bigger then my foot so a perfect fit. They are very well made and have great ankle support. I live in alaska so they are around a lot of snow and water and my feet are always dry and warm. A bit slippery walking around at first but after getting warn in for a week or 2 that goes away.

The quality of the boot is great and very sturdy. The boot is stiff, but once you break it in its very comfortable and light. I don't feel fatigue wearing it all day or when I'm running in them at work. Great buy for the price! Will look at other Free Soldier products!!

I returned these as well l, only because my husband liked the shorter style. He loves these, my husband suffers from gout and said that these make a big difference. Only thing I’d change for the next pair would be to get him a wide. Worth the money, water resistant, he’s been wearing them for months now and they still look brand new. No wear and tear. He’s on his feet all day and says that they are super comfortable and will forever wear this brand. They don’t slip either!

they are falling apart! I dont even use them much. I only wear them to work 5hrs a day, and all I do @ work is stand there, work the register @ a fast food joint. the bottom of the boots have big holes. how does that happen?? never hav I ever had any footwear fall apart at the seams and sumhow lose chunks of rubber and hav holes on the bottom!! Seriously how does that happen? wtf lolI do love the style they look baddazz! I want another pair, but notgonna pay 60+$ for shoes that didnt even last a month and I only wear them standing there for 5hrs a day!

I haven't worn boots in over 13 years since retiring from service. Now active in Civil Air Patrol, it was time to put some boots back on. I have knee and back problems, tend to walk with a cane, so was skeptical on boots, especially to bend over and tie. These boots have been a life saver. I have worn now 4 times for meetings. They are stiff, not overly flexible when walking, but the soles put a lot of ease on my back when walking, and find I can stand without a cane for decent period to teach. For putting on and tying, the top 3 "loops" make it easy remove the laces, put them back on, and tie. I love these, these were the boots I've been looking for post service.

Boots were much heavier than I thought. Build quality looked decent, but when I wore them to try breaking them in for work, I lasted about 20 minutes before I was in pain. Support shouldn't be a problem because these are about as stiff as a walking cast, the width inside is snug, but a little too snug for me. There's no ankle movement at all so keep that in mind, plus there is so much stuffing around the ankle section, you'd think it would have been more comfortable. The biggest annoyance to me though was the spacing and orientation of the lace lugs from the ankle up. They just did not line up correctly so that was a pain to get them tied tightly.

He's gone through 2 or 3 pairs of these and was distressed when we tried to reorder and they were temporarily out of his size. He works as a yard jockey as well as lots of landscaping projects on his days off so he's on his feet all day and is pretty hard on boots. These have held up very well. They are very comfortable and keep his feet dry. Will continue to reorder these.

They are a good buy for the price, water proof and feal ready for heavy duty work, only issue I have is I should had ordered a 1/2 inch bigger than my normal sneakers shoe size

Las botas em su construccion son comodisimas, estan preciosas y se ajustan perfectamente a tu pie. Pero es aqui cuando comienzan los problemas, la suela argumentan que es de caucho solido. es decir que de pies a talon es un bloque entero de plastico. Mentira, es reticular sobretodo en la zona del talon. Esto a personas que caminan como maratonista todo el dia, personas que estan paradas en un solo lugar todo el dia o personas pesadas es bandera roja inmediata.Al estar el peso suspendido sobre tecnicamente laminas de plastico mas temprano que tarde van a colapsar y en caso que pises una superficie demasiado irregular, por ejemplo una piedra dura y poco puntiaguda en medio cerro o en la misma ciudad en el punto entre reticulas esos 2 milimetros que mide la suela en ese punto obviamente no van a resistir la presion y se van a romper.Eso fue exactamente lo que me paso, pise 1 fea piedra en ese espacio y la suela se rajo, haciendo que toda el agua entrara. Dijeramos fue en 9 meses de uso constante podria perdonarsele por el estres del material pero me paso justo cumpliendo 3 meses de usoRepito son las botas mas comodas y preciosas que he tenido, esteticamente todos las chuleaban pero ese gsto me duro 3 meses.Si vas a usarlas sin piedad ahorrate el trago amargo de rogar por que validen la garantia y cerciorate que el vendedor que garantice que sean de la suela mas solida posible
