Good, but the eye holes are too big
I don't know if this is going to protect me if I get a speed ball that hits me square in the face. It's certainly going to be better than nothing.I actually got this because I was hit square in the eye by a pickleball. The ball literally hit me as straight on as a ball could. I had bruising on my brow, cheek, nose, and eye. It was the sort of thing that happened so fast that it would have been impossible to get out of the way, or to react in any way. So a face guard seemed like a good solution.I've been hit in other areas of the face before. Never the eye. I've seen other players wearing goggles, but those seem like they would interfere with your vision. Having eye opening should mean this can't get fogged, or covered in sweat. Unfortunately, the eye openings are too big to protect against a direct hit from a pickleball. I realize that's a very specific situation, and not likely to happen.The eye opening is big enough that it doesn't impair my vision at all. The plastic certainly feels strong. It is held securely in place with the straps. It feels fairly comfortable. Although after short bit of aggressive playing, it feels like my face gets warm and more sweaty.
