Led must be provided to show radio is on
Radio is nice in all respect , but one led should have been provided and in the broacher it is mentioned Hardware interface USB . But is false advertising as no socket or sign of USB is provided . Except 2 lacuna product is nice compared other pocket Radios

Cheating done
I been cheated and dropped off my ₹5700 because the product is nothing but a defective and non-working condition. They're not returning it. There is no warranty. I bought it for my 76 year old father to hear 106.4 FM, but I've been cheated robbed by Amazon and it's vendor partner. What not?

Delivery is nightmare. Product is ok
It took more than a month. No info, no update. Even after multiple follow ups with amazon, when i located it to a warehouse, i had to personally go and pick it up. Product is ok. Not worth the price (as it imported it costs higher) and not worth the delivery hassle.

Received in not working condition
Radio received in not working condition and it was totally dead.after that I contacted amazone for return and refund.Also delivery was made after one month from order.when products received it was not in working condition and was dead totally .I contacted seller but seller not responded once.after 20 days passed already I complained to amazone also ,but also amazone team not responded me about return of product and refund money.Seller is not working faithfully and not committed to provide any customer support.I don't know still whether I will receive refund or not.Both seller and amazone not responded.i lost my Rs 5488 in this radio.So be cautious before order.If you receive dead radio,your money will be lost totally.No one can support you on this e commerce site when you are in such situtations
