The line was 33FT long, but it was easy to adjust and cut excess so no big deal

This is easy to use and functional.

This makes having an accurate distance for cornhole so easy. No stepping off, no guessing and I like the carrying bag it came with.

out of the box it's about 1 foot too long - and that's before you stretch the rope adding another foot plus.Practiced with this for a full week in the yard at the wrong distance before going to a tournament and yeeting everything off the back of the board.

The balls are made of solid wood, the rope is plenty thick for just measuring and is a nylon type rope so it should last many years if not forever if kept out of direct sunlight which should be a non issue as you get a little carrying bag for storage and travel. The distance between the balls can be adjusted easily if needed but mine came in at 27 feet 5 inches when measured from front to front of each ball. This is good for me since the base of my boards are 2x4s so that puts my boards roughly at 27 feet and 1 inch apart when using this which is right in line with the 27 foot distance you should have between boards. The set also comes with a little Velcro strap to secure the rope and prevent tangles for storage.

Great for measurement but cord stretches. I left under boards and boards pushed ball back and stretched the cord about 2-4 inches.
