Sturdy metal clip. I ended up using the screws from the old clip as they fit the holster better and the new bushings from this kit. If your holes, like mine, are narrower than one inch, plan on widening the holes a bit to make it fit. Widen them toward the inside of both holes and there are absolutely no consequences for strength of the clip. As a matter of fact the metal is tough enough that it took me an hour with a little round hand file and a bunch of cursing. I knew it was coming though...measure and have a tool ready to do it. This clip is great, especially when aligned perfectly vertical because the two clips move independently. Ever notice how that bulge in the middle of your holster messes with the middle tab of your plastic clip?

Functionally, these clips are superior to any plastic clip. So far it's the same as any other monoblock metal clip I've used. Knocked 1 star though because the title says "Matte" but mine has a glossy black finish. Not that that's a bad thing, but it didn't exactly match the description. But for the price and functionality, you can't go wrong. Great upgrade for your holster.

I replaced the plastic FOMI clip on one of my holsters with this clip. It’s much more solid and the hood latch on to the belt much better. If you’re still running a FOMI clip, change it for one of these asap, you’ll be glad you did!

Fit as hoped, very pleased.

I liked the idea of two clips to increase security of weapon on belt. It did NOT match the holes on my IWB holster, which is a popular brand. Also, the “claws” on inside of clip have sharp edges that can pretty much guarantee that it will eat the bottom of your belt, so wear a cheap belt if you buy one of these. It is inexpensive so I only lost around $8 on it.

I have a basic IWB kydex holster that came stock with a plastic belt clip and while its okay, I wanted something that would be a bit more secure. It was a quick change out with this belt clip using the included hardware that tightened down nicely (I added some blue loctite as cheap insurance anyway). This clip grabs the belt better and keeps the holster in place the way I need it too.It's a universal fit so it should be cool with many holsters but I did try this on a Blackhawk Stache IWB holster and the holes didn't quite align.

Solid construction. Works great for conceal carry holster that I made. Would recommend this clip.
