Instant Pain Relief
I have had tennis/golfers elbow on and off for 10 years. I treat it with chiropractic, massage, exercise, yoga, heat, cold & biofreeze. My elbow gets aggravated from excessive use without treatment or enough exercise, ugh! It's my fault. I also do ALOT of computer work so that does not help the healing. Recently I had a very swollen arm and extreme pain in my elbow. My chiropractor did muscle work and cupping therapy. Both were very uncomfortable but provided some relief. However it was still too sore and tender to even pick up a glass or to even think about doing downward dogs comfortably. I have used rock tape before and had some relief, but it is cumbersome to use on the elbow and forearm, especially when applying it myself. My chiropractor recommended a compression sleeve to alleviate the swelling. When it arrived I put it on for a few minutes and felt instant relief! The best my elbow and forearm has felt in months! I can pick up a glass or other items without pain! I am still working it back to full health but I can count on the compression sleeve to provide immediate relieve from the discomfort and swelling. It is the only compression sleeve I have ever used, but now I understand their value.

Good sleeve but sizes are not accurate.
The sleeve is a good quality but the sizes are not accurate. These sleeves were purchased for my wife who is a tall medium build and I went with small after reading other reviews about the sizes being larger than the chart suggests. The sleeves provide some compression but the forearm part of the sleeve is loose and does not provide compression. She rolled the cuff back and that did help.

Supportive relief
Despite my left elbow not doing anything to incur the wrath of the epicondylitis gods, they struck anyway. Tired of the pain, analgesics not helping, and doctor shrugging and saying "it just takes time", I got this compression sleeve to see if that would help. Thankfully, it does. I have been wearing it during the day. While the pain hasn't completely gone away, it at least isn't as bad, and I don't feel as much like I am going to drop things held in this hand.My right elbow, which is subject to repetitive stress, started complaining more vociferously, so I was very happy to take advantage of Quantro's offer of another elbow compression sleeve.I find it well made - the material is thicker than I thought looking at the photo and reading the description but that is okay with me, as I was worried that, based on some of the reviews, that it was going to be so thin and loosely made that it would provide little support/compression. The seams appear well sewn. There is a right way and wrong way to put it on, I found, apart from which end to stick your hand in to pull it on. Between the two longitudinal "lines" there is a different weave on one side. That is the part that goes on the inside of your elbow. I initially put it on with the "outside of the elbow" part on the inside and it was uncomfortable when I bent that joint. All in all, I am happy to add this to my arsenal of medical support devices.

An effective compression sleeve
The product arrived in a timely manner. It fit exactly as predicted by the sizing chart provided in the product description. I have been using it at work during the day (wearing it right now in fact), when the coolness of my desk surface seems to creep into my arm and start causing my elbow to hurt... which then seems to travel through my entire arm. So far it has been working very well at providing some compression and warmth in my elbow and keeping at bay the arthritis pain.I was expecting the sleeve to be longer... I was originally looking for a compression sleeve that would go from my wrist to over my bicep. However, It does stretch and it covers from midway of my bicep to midway up my forearm... and at work that has been more than enough.I recommend this sleeve to anyone else who experiences tennis elbow/arthritis pain as a means of providing some relief.

Works excellent, make sure to get the correct size
I bought one for my girlfriend, she's had tendonitis in her arm for a month or so. This sleeve provides compression which has completely relieved her pain while wearing it. Make sure you get the right size, her measurement was 10.2 in so i got her the small and it fits perfectly providing the necessary compression, a medium would have been looser and less effective. Too small will cut off blood circulation to some degree so be sure you measure correctly and get the correct size.

Ok for intended use
I purchased these for compression post op brachioplasty. They’re made for the elbow joint, but I pull them up higher so the bottom just covers the proximal forearm. The material is thick. I think these would be good for working out, but they haven’t exactly met the need I bought them for. The material thickness leaves marks on my still healing arms. And again, I wear them higher than intended.

Better for less
I'm very happy with this compression sleeve. I have, unfortunately, paid far more for poorer quality similar products. This offers perfect support with no pinching or binding and, most especially, it doesn't roll at the ends as you move.
