This product does not come with a practice mat. It is the net and a storage bag that are included.

The pictures show the biggest hole with a #1 next to it, while the video shows a #3 next to the biggest hole. Please clarify?

#1 would be the top hole, the larger hole.

It's around a meter square - the large hole is around the size of a soccer ball.
