Easy to install DIY and heats up fast and stays hot. Highly recommend. Had for over 6 months so far. Had another Rheem tankless heater for 13 years.

This unit is noisy lol had to move it to the garage...had to install extra plumbing etc....best idea would be to get one that can be outside.....less venting etc.....be sure you have a good plumber and plenty of $$$ on hand!Other than that....it's working well but l hear it needs to be serviced like every 6 months.

Trash. Its igniter didn't work. Error 11. I hired contractor to fix it. It cost me 2k extra. Stress, losing money, time... Use something else. It's pure luck to get a good device.
