Bad texture for octopus.
TERRIBLE. Octopus fell apart in my mouth with a texture more like mealy tofu. Won't buy again. Don't recommend.

Excellent baby octopus
Great product, but I would have liked some text suggesting ways to add flavor.

VINEGAR?! Ehh… mid.
I got both jars: the baby ones & the tentacles. Both are mid at best. For SOME REASON they’ve put vinegar in the jars. I have no clue why they did that, but octopus and vinegar just don’t go together. There’s also sugar.. albeit it isn’t one of the top ingredients, I don’t think it’s necessary. The texture of the octopus is what you’d expect.. it’s about a 3.8-4 out of 5. But the vinegar in them makes me just not want to keep the jars. I tried them the night I got them, didn’t hate them but didn’t love them, then tossed both in the fridge and haven’t touched them since. I’m not even sure how long you can keep them in the fridge after opening them. I guess if I were to dump both jars, rinse them very thoroughly, then toss them back in the jars with just olive oil (they used sunflower oil), then these may be serviceable, but my order shouldn’t come with homework to make them good. For comparison: Matiz octopus in tins only contains octopus, olive oil, & sea salt and those COMPLETELY blow these out of the water and straight off the planet, no question.

Weird
Honestly bought as a weird gift for my bf. He loves octopus and cooking. Not sure he will actually eat but he has it displayed with his other octopi.

Definitely different
Packaging was great and shipping was on time but these were NOT our cup of tea! All we could taste was the vinegar in the brine. Slight clam taste but mostly vinegar… yuck!

Poor value for money
It’s a very small jar for the price. I’m disappointed!
