This is a light back support so it is ideal for wearing all day. I was very happy with it.

Waist band is too narrow. Which causes it to fold over and becomes uncomfortable

How does it warm up
Cannot get mine to warm up at all, tried the warm towel as well. Very disappointed 😞 . Waste of money size is small. Support not sure as never got to wear.effectivenessand durability hard to judge as mine do t work

I purchased for my 92 year old mum who suffers back pain. She has wore it today for her bingo day and not complaining of back pain like Normal
