I live in Florida so we don't need to use heaters all that often, so this little portable unit is perfect. Sometimes I get chilly and I don't really have a heating system, so I can plug this little guy in the wall and warm up wherever I'm sitting pretty quickly. It's almost silent, and heats up very quickly. I haven't had any issues with it overheating, and the readout is easy to see from across the room.

First of all the box wasn’t even taped shut. The bubble wrap around the heater wasn’t closed. The bag containing a little remote wasn’t closed.Honestly it seemed like it had already been returned at least once.Then,, it doesn’t work at all !It’s just a little Chinese “joke”.You “can” feel a little heat 4” from the surface. Past that, nothing.The temperature won’t adjust above “32” - whatever that means. But “that” is what shows on the face.This product is junk.

I live in an old house and heat is not evenly distributed in every room, I decided to get this heater so that I can comfortably enjoy my morning coffee in my sunroom!I have to say I am so impressed! This heater is very compact and fits in the smallest of spaces. It’s not loud and obnoxious like some of the tower heaters are, and I love that it sits flush to the wall instead of taking up floor space!It puts out a great amount of heat, which is good for a freeze baby like me, and I love that it came with a remote so that you REALLY don’t have to get up if you want to adjust the temperature when you’re already all cozied up!!Love, love, love!

I should have taken the 33% (1/3 of those reviews) ONE STAR reviews more serious. My Bad. You should definitely read those 1 star reviews and should take those into account before ordering this JUNK. This is seriously a bad, unsafe, false advertising product. The prongs do not stay plugged into the socket, the outer plate of this unit get scorchy hot (dangerous if your pets or your small children touch them), it just feel CHEEAAAPPPPP !! AMAZON, shame on you for allowing these scamers sellers sell these bad and unsafe products, you used to have better quality control than this. Please live up to your reputation as a good online shop. I returned them and DO NOT BUY...

Purchased this to use in my husband's small workshop during some sub zero weather, this winter. It does work well for its' size and I haven't notice a spike in my electric bill, which is a plus. I can't say that it lives us to the advertisement, but he is pleased with the difference when added to the heater we had been using, with was woefully inadequate alone. It appears to be well made, and works quietly. He just plugged it into the electric outlet and turned it on. Very easy to use and takes up a negligible amount of space. We are satisfied and would recommend it.

Some of these reviews complain that a heater the size of a burrito isn't heating a +500sf space quickly or efficiently. Not sure what they expected. I've got a 10x10 office space and it's doing well. Yes, use it in a small bathroom, not your vaulted living room.My complaints are mechanical:1. The low weight of the machinery slowly pulls the plug out of the wall, exposing the positive and negative leads, which can electrocute kids or pets. It needs a support at the bottom rear to brace it against the wall.2. No ground on the US plug. Anything that draws enough power to create heat should be grounded.3. It heats the space around itself first. So it tricks itself into thinking it's achieved temperature in the whole room. If you set it for 27C (80F... btw, no switcher for that?) it will turn off the coil after a few minutes, blowing cold air. Then it realizes the room is still cold, so it turns the heat coil back on, then off, on and off... so if you have it close to your body, you feel it blowing cold air for a while.4. It's a noisy for its size. I was replacing a portable unit twice the size, and it makes almost as much noise. Not just white noise either - it whistles a bit. No fan speed setting either.

We bought one of these more than four years ago, and it is still running great. Bought another one, and it has changed. First, the outlet is now two-pronged (US) instead of three, so it does not sit as tightly in the power outlet as the old one. Second, a spacer was added to the prongs, to make it sit farther away from the wall. This is probably due to some fire safety code, but it makes the whole unit "sag" when plugged in. I wish we could get another of the old units. Still, this new unit works as well as the old one, in terms of heating the room.

This is such a great heater for taking on vacation or RV camping if you don't have heat. It would also be perfect in a basement or event just a room that doesn't get much warmth in the colder months. It really puts out a lot of heat and packs a punch. It is small and portable making it easy to pack along or put away as needed. Plus I really like the remote, it's convenient to not have to get up constantly. It is not very loud at all. Although bigger than most things you plug into an outlet, it isn't gaudy and looks fine.
