Good laptop, great price for a new 2022 laptop
I ordered this computer in like new condition. It appears to be part of a bulk order that was never used. The HP warranty information, BIOS, and Windows 11 version indicate it was sold in 2022 and was never used. The battery health is 100%. Due to the age of the Windows 11 version it couldn't be updated, and Windows 11 had to be reinstalled with the latest version. Microsoft provides free software Installation Assistant to do this, but its not in the Microsoft store so the computer needed to be taken out of Microsoft S mode to install it. Other than figuring out how to reinstall Windows the setup was simple. I've been using this laptop for over 6 months and I'm very happy with its performance, functionality, and appearance. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is that HP doesn't provide a K-slot for a lock-and-cable. I still use my old laptop when I'm traveling and don't need the additional performance, it has a K-slot.

Great laptop at a great price
Very easy setup. No problems with connecting it to my home network. Old laptop was wifi 5. Average download was 45 Mbps. This laptop has wifi 6. It running at about 200 Mbps. Amazing how fast updates get downloaded and installed now. Sweet. The solid state drive is extremely fast. Old laptop would run slowly for the first 30 minutes with the hard drive running at 100%. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

La laptop llegó bien protegida, pero fue cambiada la pantalla, es una pantalla de muy pésima calidad, sin resolución, si se supone que es renovada debía ser con componentes de buena calidad, para mí es una estafa.
