I ordered these which were coming directly from America, first lot came no problem, second lot didn’t arrive , it said delivered but not to me . The product itself works well , very happy with its function , only thing is you cannot buy crypto direct onto your wallet/card because of uk restrictions, you have to buy onto exchange and transfer . The parasitic Government wouldn’t want you buying and making any money without them getting their cut .

Edited as originally 1 star as its not for uk use to buy crypto direct due to uk regulations.You can transfer crypto to it from your exchange, but you have to pay fees each time.The wallet and tangem app are really good and easy to use. I can now sleep at night knowing my crypto is safe.Would highly recommend.This will turn to 5 stars when I can purchase my crypto on it instead of having to pay 2 sets of fees to buy then transfer it to the wallet.

Tangem wallet not working..i have scanned it from different phone with fully supported nfc on but still doesnt work..still waiting to sort out from the seller.

Tangem appears to be an ok solution for a wallet you regularly spend from. I would personally never trust a large amount of my stack to it. It violates several rules I have for cold storage.- Never trust a device to generate your seed for you. I am personally not capable of auditing the code on the device to determine if the seed was truly random. It appears the only way to load a self generated seed is by using their app in which I would have to input the seed into a smartphone. It's not a good solution.- Don't trust your backups to hardware. They claim shelf life of 25+ years, but nothing is guaranteed. Seeds backed up on steel in multiple locations with Shamir is a magnitude more durable. Very low probability these backups will fail in my lifetime. If one does, I can easily replace it.- You have to use Tangem cards with Tangem's app. How good is Tangem's UTXO management? I'd assume you can't use your own node either. For privacy reasons, that's a no-go for me.- You can't verify addresses and what you are signing on the hardware wallet itself. The necessity of using your smartphone to do this opens you up to possible phishing, man in the middle, or other security attacks.- Tangem has protection against brute force attacks, but they never wipe after too many incorrect attempts. The attacker is limited to about 2000 attempts per day. With enough time, they may succeed. Better make sure that access code is really strong!- Tangem certainly is a clever design and is user-friendly. That doesn't come without trade-offs.
