The direction of rotation is very important!
This is a very good water pump impeller. Fits my sons 50hp mercury outboard motor.

Cooling for the motor
Seems to be good quality and fit in place as it should. You should replace your impeller yearly if you use it a lot just as a precaution. I would buy it again next time.

Fit my 70s Mercury Thunderbolt 50hp nicely.
Have a few hours on this and my old mercury thunderbolt 500 series 50hp is running great and pissing water accordingly.Great find and way cheaper then new. Hopefully it lasts!
