Travel adapter recommend
Purchased for travel needs and have not had a chance to use yet other than to test out in my home for tablet and cell phone charging. Works find at home so will see what happens later when using in another country.

Does not fit into the 220 plugs at all in Korea
Really wanted this to work out and saw the great reviews. I just can’t get it to fit into any of the sockets in Korea. Too loose. Very different from my apple adapters that have a super snug fit and work great.

Does not work that well in EU
The reviews here claiming that this adapter works very well in mainland Europe cannot be telling the truth. I just returned from having been in Austria, Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. "The shape of this adapter and others similar in shape often will not fit that well in EU sockets. All the sockets in the countries I mentioned are rounded and indented about 1inch. The diameter of the round sockets vary. Only if the diameter is long enough can this adapter with the EU prong be inserted deep enough for the adapter plug to be stable. Often times the base of the adapter will be flush against the wall where the is and is not longer enough to be inserted into the two round EU prong holes. I wonder if the makers of this is similar travel adapters ever tested them in the countries they are suppose to work in. It was a good think I also brought some of those basic EU adapters where you still the 2 flat US type pronts into one end of the EU adapter. I would push out the US prong as if I were in the US. Then I will stick that prong into the end of the cheap EU adapter. Then the whole thing would be long enough to put into the EU outlet.

Very Nice Travel Adapter
The first thing to know is that this is a plug adapter. It is NOT a converter. Nothing wrong with that as modern gizmos like phones, shavers, cameras normally have chargers that automatically convert to the type of current available. This adapter has a very nice design. It plugs into outlets very well. By that I mean that some other adapters tend to be loose when plugged in. This one is not. It stays in the wall when you plug it in.When it is plugged in, it conveniently lights up the power indicator (blue light) to let you know it is connected. There are 4 USB ports for use with phones, cameras, batteries, etc. The USB ports were a bit fiddly. I had to work to get the USB plug of an Ipad to go into the port. Eventually the USB plugs do go into the port. But because it was fiddly, I took one star away on the ratings.Use of the electrical plugs is straight forward. You slide the appropriate country tab and out comes the plug you need, like a turtle out of its shell. You plug your gizmo (shaver, etc.) into the back. when you are done, you simply press the large button on the side of the adapter as you slide the tab back. The plug is retracted back into the unit. It is easier to do than explain.Overall, this is a great companion for when you travel overseas.

Compact and easy to use. Accepts all types of plugs. Photo for scale.
Compact and easy to use. I like that you can plug any device into the front, it accepts all types of plugs. This is useful as we have family in Europe who show up with European devices with the two round plugs and they can use this too. Also like that it is blue. Less likely to leave it behind as it stands out when plugged into the wall.Photo with soda can for scale.Be aware that the plug portion DOES NOT CONVERT VOLTAGE. It just physically changes the plug so you can plug in your stuff. Many things can already convert between voltage (lots of shavers, toothbrushes). You probably will NOT be able to run your hairdryer, they usually pull about 10-20 amps and this is for up to 6.3A, which will cover most devices. Often the amp rating is not listed on the device but the formula is Watts=Volts x Amps so if you divide the watts by the volts (which are usually listed) you will get the Amps used.

Doesn’t charge small electronics
I’m in Rome now and this is the first time I’m using it and IT DOES NOT CHARGE MY HAIR DRYER AND CURLING IRON!!!!! It will charge my IPad and iPhone. I let my daughter use it when she went to Switzerland last month and she had the same complaint!!! Very disappointing!!!!!

Nice bright color
When travelling I like having adapters that are bright colors. When scanning the hotel room or office I can see that the adapter is plugged in. Black ones are hard to see but bright blue like this you won't miss it. Also like that it has a light so when it is plugged in and getting power the light is on eliminating guesswork if the outlet actually works or not. In a lot of different parts of the world you have a power switch next to the outlet and I never know which position is on/off. The light helps know when power is on. There is a button on the side to press when sliding the plug back in which is nice as that means it inserts into the outlet locking the plug so it doesn't slide back in while pushing it into the outlet. Overall a very good plug for travelling with and it provides 4 USB slots so you can charge up 4 devices at once without needing additional bricks to carry around.

Slider Broke
Slider broke easily, it happened after 2 use, useless now, need to buy a different brand, maybe just unlucky, but in order for insurance, you may need to test yours several times before leaving for travel.
