Perfect addition to my morning and night routine. Easy to throw on and stays cold for a while. It has ripped a little bit but nothing too bad.

Nice mask, the cooling lasts if you keep it in the freezer. But treat it gently, the edges can split and spill the gel beads.

I needed this for some ice cold therapy and the mask did great it worked wonders heated and frozen it was absolutely perfect and I enjoy it cold on hot days and heated to get skin care products deep in my skin!

awesome quick instant Relief obviously does not cure the pain but does help note to self. Your work friends might make fun of you however, I’ll take this mask and be made of fun of all day to find any kind of relief.

Glad I bought it with the black head remover for my son. It helped with fast healing, when he got a bruise from it. It also helped when I had a migraine. I didn't use it for what it was made for, but it helped for what we needed it for.
