These retracing leashes are AMAZING!We live in acreage so my dogs aren’t usually leashed but we’ve been at my parents who live in a neighborhood for a few weeks. We’ve been going on 1.5 mile walks every day.My 80 pound lab is a hunter and the other day caught scent of who knows what. She took off and apparently I have a death grip on these extremely comfortable handles. Next thing I knew, I have a sled dog as she knocked me off my feet and started dragging me across some random person’s lawn.Despite the obvious of “yes my crazy lab puppy needs training,” I am extremely impressed with these leashes! It held up better than I did during this excursion! So far, it still works after being tugged a ton by my disobedient dogs!

It's a little heavy and sometimes get tangled but it works well for my german shepherd (85 lbs).

I purchased this for our Golden Retriever puppy. It is sturdy and solid. It is still great even if it has been pulled, chewed! Leash is long enough for our puppy to roam and me to stay on concrete in the early mornings!

I bought these two cause i was going thru lease with puppies chewing - or them pulling on them and they didnt fray on the one part - so far they are holding up to them

this works great and gives a lot of space for the dog to roam around.

This is a great leash, but I've not had it for a year and the retractor isn't working. The leash portion isn't frayed but now the last 4ft won't retract back into its making it essentially not usable as a retractable anymore.

Love the nice long line, but in our cold eastern Ontario winter temps, the mechanism is freezing both locked and unlocked. This is annoying! Quality is good otherwise, nice and strong, fits well in the hand. You do need to practice to be able to use the lock and release function properly, and be careful about not getting the tape-like line twisted. Overall, it was a good buy.

Easy to use, works as advertised. I have one the same but 5 m, not 8 m.Makes a big difference and gives more freedom to the dog.

The tape leash is not very strong and it twists very easily. I dont like that it locks every time i push the button it's supposed to brake but there is no stop and release just lock.

Kinda heavy, didn't realize that for my little pooch but love the length, 26 ft is awesome and it's not cheaply put together, it will definitely last. The one thing I don't like but will get over, is the lock...you can't press the button to temporarily hold the pooch in one place it automatically locks it and if they are tugging you can't just press the button to release its a bit of a pain in the butt....a quick lock button would be ideal on top of the permanent lock, something to think about
