Great idea but not all cups fit inside enough to get proper fiction.
I got this cup for my husband, and he was so looking forward to using it daily with coffee and teas. The only issue many cups fit into this cup warmer far down enough to warm the bottom which is where the heating plate is. We currently have one slim tumblr at home that can fit straight through to the bottom of the plate. It’s unfortubate because we hoped regular sized cups could fit.

Better than nothing
Works decently well. Only chills the bottom 2 to 3 inches of your drink. Better than nothing. Don't use the heat side.

Great product and shipped quick!
The APG cup cooler and warmer works great and keeps our drinks cool in the summer and our coffee warm in the morning. Shipped quick and was as described.

Not what i expected
if your coffee is steaming hot to begin with, the heat is adequate to maintain; cold is... meh. Don't bother.
