Yes it's a Bag Machine but it is 12L and we didn't notice much loss of suction as the bag got full. It's a little on the heavy side and has no retractable power cable. So for that reason I'll give it just 8/10 . Ultimately it's how it performs as a cleaner and for that I can't fault it. Comes with 2 Bags to start you off and there is a helpline and you can get spare parts if you loose anything or need filters etc.

Purchased this hoover approximately 2 weeks ago and was nervous because our previous hoover was of the bagless cyclone type that had never let me down till it's final demise. What was I worried about, this device not only looks great but also has the suction to pull nails out of the floorboards. So glad I took the plunge as this product is by far the best hoover I have used in the last few years. Highly recommended!

Easy to use and very light, bought for my elderly parents, have to vary suction on different surfaces but easy to do.
