This is an EAS training kit in a zipped carry bag. There is no voltage in it so no one is going to get a shock.In the kit you get the unit plus leads and pads. It all seems good quality so there’s no issues there. However no one has mentioned maybe due to not trying it that you need a CPR dummy to put this on. You can put it on people as there’s no current but you can’t do any compressions.The pictures in the listing do show a resusi dummy being used with this but it’s not clear in the listing.So I’m going to give this to a local business who might find this useful.
