I bought this US Mobile SIM for my father-in-law, who is visiting from India for several months. Navigating the website is super simple but not to worry help is right there if you need it 24/7. And while you probably won't need it telephone support is also available AND IT'S USA BASED!!!!. Call quality is simply perfect and so far no data issues as well, both of which that normally suffer on MVNO's. I was so happy I moved my entire family off Consumer Cellular (which I quickly developed a special hatred for too many reasons to list) and ZERO regrets. They even instantly seamlessly support ESIM! Look mom no SIMs harmed here :)

I bought this because I was looking to get off an expensive Postpaid plan. US Mobile had a great Deal and using this with a Sim based Phone I was able to save money over my Postpaid plan and get great customer service throughout the activation! Setup was easy, activation was easy, and both functionality and Data coverage is great! It includes both Warp(Verizon) and Dark Star(AT&T) sim cards. Would Recommend!

Card arrived quickly and was easy to install with the app. They put me on a, "30 day" trial period. I left on an important trip and after a few days the data was used up and all service was disconnected. Also, I was unable to call even though the call and texting was unlimited. I was stranded and had to find a place with public wifi to connect to their app. I was speaking with customer support for hours and missed the first part of my trip. They had me switch cards saying I would get better service as well but then the next customer rep said that would do nothing to help so I spent even more time transitioning the new card activation with no service. Their customer service is just horrible. Also, this does not come with the light card / T-Mobile which provides the fastest data in my area.
