Great for starter kit but my pump bit not working properly value for money water flow is great easy to set up thank you

This fish tank was perfect for our kitchen and great for the first couple of months ... and then the pump stopped working and the light started flickering.The seller agreed to send a new pump out after a few months of chasing. I sent them my address as requested and have not heard from them since, despite sending numerous messages! They are just not interested :-(Shame because this was lovely whilst it was working!!!

The aquarium is good,but the filter does not do its job well, the fountain is very noisy, the light does not work well, turns on and off, there is a problem with the wire.

The tank itself is ideal for what we wanted but the light that came with the tank was faulty am assuming loose wires as it will be okay for 5 mins then begin to flicker on and off…Was going to order a 2nd one for a beta but will be looking at alternative brands as I now have to replace the light from the first tank before it’s even bin used

This tank is really nice and has all the parts for an amazing price.I found a few things difficult, but otherwise it looks really good. First of all like other people i struggled to get the filter on, i believe i did it correctly and have posted a picture of it to help others like me (i put the blue filter sponge under the green). Second thing was the size of the tank, according to the details its a 30x20x30. This was a perfect size for the place i wanted it to fit in. However, when i tried to put the tank in that space it wouldnt fit. The lid is curved so the tanks height from the front is 30cm but the back is actually 32cm. I managed to take off the screws and push the lid down down enough to fit in my space.Also it's actually made some sort of heavy duty plastic.Overall im really happy with this purchase and with everything in place it looks amazing. Its a perfect set up for beginners.

First of all this tank is pretty smallWhen opening the box the lid to the tank is the cheapest thinnest piece of plastic. Also has a logo on the top with Chinese writing this will be visible all the time. There is no instructions and the filter needs putting together. The plug that is used on this product I would not trust. It is not your standard uk plug - it fits uk plug socket but the plug is very small and cheap quality. I would be scared to leave it plugged in all night or while out of the house incase of fire. I was disappointed because I was excited for this product but need to be able to trust it to leave it on all the time for my goldfish and I just don’t feel like I could trust it from looking at the quality.Also the plastic and the glass in the whole tank you can clearly see the glue where it’s held. Overall this fish tank will do but honestly it’s not the best quality and cheaply made. The only thing I was drawn to was the price but now I’ve seen it I can see why the price was cheap but actually expensive when you see the quality of what you really get.

Nice tank, plastic components hard to put together but worked well for 4-5 weeks. Then one day pump stopped working, tried new power source etc to no avail. Cannot contact seller, only option is to return whole tank which I cannot do as the fish are in it. Had to purchase a new pump from elsewhere.

Where do I start? I fancied a small fish tank and have never kept fish before so I didn't want to spend a fortune! Price wise it was good but it helps if you know what to expect! Firstly pins for lid were broken so mines just purched on which is fine as it's not essential it's fixed in place. Most importantly watch the video first for instructions on how to assemble the pump ...I did it as I was watching only to realize you more or less had to disassemble to put it in the tank! The other thing which I had to hazard a guess at was the clear tube... It does just fit over the pump and dangle out the back (thankfully I spotted it on some other reviews!). Then next thing is I would probably invest in a new light (not sure I fancy plugging athe world's most smallest 3 pin plug in). Now I'm ready to go (just awaiting my live plants then onto some fish!). It is a nice compact design and can't wait to see it fully operational.
