This was easy to assemble; my 16-year-old son assembled it for me and had no issues. He was concerned about getting the elbow pads in the right spot, but they are just fine. I've gained weight since last fall and the holidays, and this is a great tool to use since my core really needs strengthening. I've been using this for a week now and can definitely feel the workout. I like that it came with a knee pad since the floor can be a bit hard (I am 43), but the timer is pretty cheap, so I just use my phone. I like to work out at home and have quite a few items to use, but this is the first one I've bought for my ab/core, and I am so happy I did. I also love that it's small enough that I can store it under my bed or in the closet out of the way. Even though I've only been using it a week, I love how my core feels, and I am excited to see how I look after a few weeks of using it! Overall, this is a great piece of workout equipment since it's low cost, durable so far (feels very sturdy when using it), and gives me a great core workout! Whatever your workout level is, if you're looking to add in a new piece of workout equipment, this is worth it!

This Ab Roller works great for me. It was super easy to assemble and took me less than 5 min. The pads for elbows and for the knees provide good support. The length of frame can be easily adjusted. The count-down timer came already with a battery in it and it is very easy to install and take out to turn off when stop exercising. The roller is easy to use and control while exercising. Good quality training tool!!!

Just started using it. It appears that it is working. Easy to put together. I like it better than the other ones because it is made of metal and not plastic because I'm a big guy!

Super easy to setup, its not too big and could fit easily under my couch.I can feel stability when i do the exercises. Also made from a good quality materials. It’s worth the price!

This is one of the best products I have tried for my core. Its extremely sturdy to use. Have tried it on multiple surfaces and wotked great on all of them. Assembling it was easy and very straight forward. Overall a great product for a great price!

Returned the first one I received thinking it was just an anomaly since I only saw one other review with the same issue. Find it hard to believe that I received the only other 2 defective units. DO NOT BUY!

I use this in tandem with one or two other ab exercises and really like the impact it has on my abs. It seems to hit the mid and lower abs the most imo. I was concerned that the extendable frame would be unstable but it locks up tight. I weigh 200 lbs and it is perfectly stable. On that note the manual which came with it indicates a 100 kg max load capacity. That’s 220 lbs, not the 330 lbs shown in the seller information. Those single wheeled ab rollers are an invitation to a rotator cuff separation. This is a huge improvement and allows your elbow joint to stay relatively close to your shoulder joint and still get a very focused ab workout. Comes with an excellent high density foam knee pad that works great. No need to buy one extra. Very happy (surprisingly) with this ab roller.

I have been using this product for the past 3 weeks.Pros: good balance and great recoilingCons: weak tyre lining and easily worn out.The manufacturer should do better. I regret purchasing it.
