So far, so good — no stomach issues, and that’s a win for me!
I started taking this iron supplement during pregnancy because my hemoglobin levels were low. I haven’t had my blood retested yet, so I don’t know if it has helped my levels — but what I can say is that it’s been really gentle on my stomach. That was my biggest concern! The first couple of days I felt a little nauseous (I’m on a high dose prescribed by my doctor), but that passed quickly. Good brand, take every other day and eat dried plums!
The need to take iron supplements seems to be a family trait. Due to my sister's side effect from various formulations, she finally ended up using Thorne and taking it every other day as some research recommends as more effective. So when I had to start taking iron supplements, I went straight to Thorne and take it every other day. I also eat 3-4 dried plums every morning to counter act one of the potential side effects of taking iron. Doing this takes care of that!I have not been on it long enough to judge the efficacy but seeing how Thorne has helped several family members I have every confidence.

Feeling much less cold and tired
I've been using this product for a week and you may think that might not be enough time to leave a review, but I've found that I am not as cold as I used to be. I've been anemic for a while and I am telling you these have sincerely helped with me feeling cold and tired all the time. I will leave more updates as time passes.

IT works, buy it!
This iron has given me LIFE! I feel so much better, so much warmer these days. Would highly recommend. I can go two days or so without out but when I feel like my breathing is slowed down, I take one and I'm back to feeling better.
