Hi I’ve just done a very quick search online and found a data sheet for it straight away. Just search for Gyproc Easi-full 45 data sheet. From memory there might be some guidance on the back of the bag as well...

Is this item used to fill holes in Interior plasterwalls?

Small holes only. Usually used together with adhesive webbing tape to fill and smooth the gaps between plasterboard sheets or smooth out uneven surfaces.

Is it good for filling small holes, eg those created by nails?

Excellent for that and very easy to sand.
