Should have looked at dimensions closer as this thing is way bigger than I anticipated

I got this because I needed a smaller pouch for a first aid kit, and the other size I bought is too big. It's a 'portrait' orientation, while this is a 'landscape' which also helps it to fit where I need it.It has some nice loops inside for holding items in place, and a nice flat pocket on the outside for first aid documents, ID, etc. It also has Velcro attachments on it for putting patches on, which can be used to indicate that it's a first aid kit.The nylon material it's made of feels a little thin, but since it's just going to be hanging out unless I need it, I'm not too fussed about that. The only real negative I have is that it's about the same price as the larger ones I have, so the dollars vs square inches is higher than those, but it was my only real option. Other than that, I have no complaints about this.

It is fastened securely to my range belt and holds all of my medical supplies securely. I love the velcro quality and convenience of this system.

I had a a IFAK refill kit from my Army days and it fit it comfortably with minimal stretch, but add anything else and it becomes a pain. One of the zipper handles came off, but after a minute of tinkering you can put it back in(see pic above). Material doesn’t seem to bad. A solid 4/5. Decent for the money.

Overall a good product, it was a little bigger than I thought, was supposed to be for a gun belt. The color isn’t as dark as I thought either, probably more my fault than the seller. It will still serve a purpose but not as intended.

I found the rip away EMT pouch well constructed and the perfect size. I would highly recommend going forward.

I had bought IFAK refills from a company but didn't want to pay the higher cost by having them put it into their own pouch. I found these on Amazon for a decent price and used them to make an IFAK from the refills that I bought. Everything fit into them, they are well put together and of good quality. If I need to make another IFAK, I certainly will get these again.

When I purchased this item, I selected the MG color listed on the site which appeared in the images to be a like a coyote tan. I was wrong. This is much more of an OD green color. Other than that the pouch seems like a durable good little pouch. I'll be contacting the seller to see if I can get a replacement in the right color.UPDATE -- I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement of the correct color. The pouch so far has done an excellent job as an IFAK on a molle battle belt raising the rating to a solid 4 stars.

Bought two of these to fill with medical supplies and keep in our vehicles. They are perfect. They fit quite a bit of stuff to make sure you have all you need. I would buy more if needed.

Good size for first aid or any other edc items. Strong velcro, good buckles.
