This is exactly what I needed to hold (almost) all of my bags/purses. I love the snap feature, rather than hanging my bags on hooks, as it adds some stability. Because of the inevitable overlap of bags you'll have with a product like this (unless all of your bags are tiny with short handles--I favor shoulder straps), bags will fall off of hooks when you lift one to get to another. This snapping mechanism prevents that, so none of my bags end up on the floor!The only problem I have with this is the over the door hook used to hang it. It's too skinny so the strap shifts from side to side, and the over the door part is too deep and sticks way out when I shut my door, then hangs awkwardly when it is opened again. It's so deep, I can't imagine a door this would fit on, aside from maybe a heavy front entry door! But, this was an easy fix. I just went to Target and bought a plastic over the door hook which is the perfect size for both my door and the strap! However, because I feel like the included hardware should be functional, I have to drop a star.

Pros:-stores my purses in a small amount of space.-holds the purses up pretty good. (none of them have fallen off the hooks yet)-This paticular organizer has button closer so big purses dont fall (like they do on most other organizers.)-you can hang two of them on a single door.Cons:-doesnt hold as many big purses as small ones. (there is 8 hooks on it, but it may only hold 5 purses - depends on how big of purses you have.)-cheap material.-makes the back of the door a little bulky. (its fine as long as you dont have stuff behind your door to hit it when you open it.)-they hang on the door VERY poorly. The hook was really big so I had to stuff some foam under it to make it hang right. (I have a standard size door.) (I added pics, so you can see what I mean.)-Wont hold purses with wide handle straps.-When you open and shut the door, the bags slightly move with it. so it can scuff the door and your purses.So to sum it up:-decent price-solved my storage problem-I wouldnt recomend it if you want it for your door (but if you want to nail it to your wall than buy this one)

This purse holder does its job. The product looks the same as in the picture. Both the holder and the clasps are pretty sturdy. The holder leaves more room in the closet now that my wife can hang up her purses!The main complaint is that the door hook is too long/deep. We had trouble shutting doors completely in several places. I am docking a star because a typical closet door is not thick enough to make the holder fit snugly. We replaced the hook with one from Target and the holder works perfectly.As a side note, beware of the potential bulge that could be created behind the door. The observation seemed obvious to me so I do not see it as a reason to complain. If big purses are hung from the hook, this is going to happen...it is not the product's fault.My wife is pleased with this purse holder. She would purchase another one if she had enough purses. Luckily, for my sake, she does not.

How many of us have 8 purses with all the same length short handles? That's the only way this purse rack would work perfectly. But with some creative arranging the fixed snap loops can be utilized in an efficient way. All in all, this is one of the better purse racks. Because the "hook" is a fabric loop with a snap, there's nothing to break. I've tried several purse racks with plastic hooks that just break off at the slightest pressure. This is much better. I'd rather do the "creative arranging" than have plastic pieces flying off every time I get a purse out of the closet. The different hanging options are nice (either from your closet rod, or from the back of the door). I'd definitely buy this again. One small disclaimer.... especially wide straps won't work with this purse rack at all. I had a 2" wide strap on one purse that I couldn't get to quite fit into the fabric loop.

The snaps on this item hold my purses very securely. I have not had any purses fall down due to the snaps not holding. There are a few downsides to this product. It did not fit my door properly. I had to cut it an old mouse pad to fill in the extra space between the hook and the door. Another downside is that it is not really made for larger purses, but I knew this ahead of time from reading other comments. I can only fit maybe 4-5 large purses on this holder. Despite a couple of flaws, I am still very happy with the purchase because it does serve its purpose which is to keep my purses out of the way and orderly. If I acquire more purses, I will definitely purchase a second holder from this company.

This is an excellent way to store your bags so that you can see them well and have easy access. It seems to be well made, although I have only had it for one day. In fact, I'm ordering another one that will fit beside it on the back of my closet door because, if you use a larger bag (like are currently in fashion), you won't be able to get all 8 on their without it being crowded and bulky and I doubt it would hold all of them for long. I have 4 large ones and one small one and that is perfect. I wouldn't put more than that. I'm excited for the next one to get here. I have long struggled with how to organize my many purses, and this seems like the perfect solution.

I do not have these hanging from the provided hangers, but rather, from an over-the-door rack I already owned. The hangers provided did not work well with my door. They fit, but the door wouldn't close right when they were in the needed positions. But these do hold my bags well, and I find that you can put more on them than shown if you layer carefully for size. It's great having my bags out where I can see them and so they don't get squished in a storage bin, but it is a little scary to see how many I really own!
