Difficult to get into it.
It works brilliantly. I spent a night out in the cold damp windy night and it held up really well. The wind wasn't coming in at all. Was bone dry the next morning zero condensation. Length okay I could fit my rucksack in and my trainers. But once your in you'll feel crammed not much room to move. The weight is quite light.

some condensation
Spent a night in the rain and a night under the stars. Some condensation on the rainy night, probably best to not use down sleeping bags.Best with some tent pegs, but would fine without. Good bug mesh.

Dangerous
I took my hooped bivi recently to a Scotland as I was on a cycle tour. I bought the bivi for when I needed to camp if there was no suitable budget accommodation in route. I put the bivi in a garden to test it in Scottish weather prior to the trip. I spent 4 nights in the bivi. The first night the weather was fine and apart from condensation I had no major concerns. The next three nights were further north in the Lochaber region and it rained most of the nights. This meant that I had to close the bivi to prevent water coming in. The challenge I had was in the night it was incredibly hard to.open the bivi and find the zips. The netting zips and outer zip were hard to open in the night. My last night I found almost impossible to open the zips ftom inside the bivi sbd found it hard to breathe. Evidently sleeping even on campsites in Scotland the night sky and I found it extremely difficult to open up the bivi in the night. I eventually managed to open the zip but I was struggling to breathe as I felt trapped and enclosed. I have to say that I found the experience scary. I feel this bivi would be find for emergency camping in fine weather but not in more extreme potential weather whereby it has to be almost totally zipped up. The weight and materials are fine but there is a lot of condensation. I have to say I will not be using a bivi again and will revert back to.a standard lightweight resilient tent e.g Terra Nova Compact 1. Trying a bivi was an interesting experience but not one I wish to repeat.

Condensation in cold weather
Condensation is a nightmare, the fabric doesn't breathe and there is no vent. Because of this, if it's completely closed (like it needs to be in cold weather) you will struggle to breathe yourself! Leaving the zip open a little will mitigate this but will let the heat out rather quickly. It's very light and packs small, this is the best thing about it. High quality fabric is nice to see but could benefit from gortex style breathability.Overall I'm happy with it, although I would say pack a decent sleeping bag so you can leave the zip open.

Bargin
Absolutely love this bivvy. It's roomy enough. The quality is what you would expect from life systems. For the price you can't go wrong. The only thing I would like to see a loop at the top of the foot box so you can keep the material off your sleeping bag.

Not Breathable
DON'T BUY. This item is not breathable. When inside and the zips fully closed, air is very quickly used up and it is very difficult to breathe. Luckily when I used it the weather was dry and I was able to have just the mesh as a closure otherwise I would have been soaked had it rained.
