Bigzzia Ab Machine, 5-in-1 Adjustable Ab Workout Bench Core Abdomen Trainer for Stomach Workout, Crunch Machine Exercise Equipment for Home Gym - Sit UP, Push UP, Leg Press, Glider, Roman Chair, 330lbs Capacity

Looks great whether it's being used as a clothes hanger, backpack rack or pillow holder! It's easy to assemble, easy to use, quiet, and seems sturdy. This thing works, I've used it a few times and feel it a bit too much. I know if i got off my ass, cleared it off and used it I'd look amazing!

I works exactly as advertised. I do not understand why there are so many posts concerning the difficulty assmembling it. It was straightforward to assemble. I am using it now and I think it is a good value.

Easy to assemble good to work out with once you get used to it you can feel the difference in your muscles

The product fulfills what it promises.. :of course doing it frequently: I can feel the work on my abdomen, the abdominal position Bench and the Sit up feels good ... I give it 4 stars for the bench, the corners came out defective I think the bench material will not last long.. but the rest is robust and the shipment was very fast.

Works perfect. Highly recommend this chair. I keep it in my trunk. It’s a bit long so you have to put your chair in decline if you have a small trunk. But I am am able to work out my abs wherever I go now. Buy this product, you won’t regret.

This is easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. I’m 230 LBS, so equipment like this isn’t always the best fit for me. You feel it right where you should and it seems almost effortless. It’s normally after you’ve completed a set that you feel just how much of a workout your abs just had. There’s nothing about this machine I dislike.

As a larger fella, I wanted to tone up my mid section as I’m slimming down. I’m in my 40’a and down 65lbs. Skin doesn’t seem shrink away like it would have if I was younger. This machine is going to be super effective and destroying fat around the middle. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and compact.

No instructions for assembly or use. Contacted seller, asking for them, received instructions, had to ask again for use instructions...received 1 piece with diagrams. Caps for footing keep coming off. Not very stable.

Excellent but challenging. Sturdy too (although I’m quite small)

Very easy to assemble and brill exercise machine really does do the job
