Made things fit! Great little cable.
My son has a ATX case with a mini-ATX motherboard. The Video card covers the available other two 4x expansion slots. It was a breeze to power down the PC, plug this into the end slot (under the Video card) and then plug the 4x card we wanted to add into it, then using the retaining screw put the card in a neighboring very empty (not even a motherboard under it) backplane slot. Made a unusable situation work! Gave us access to a slot we could not otherwise use. A good little cable. well worth the little it cost.

Works Like a Charm
I bought this as I needed to vertically mount the pcie card that comes with the vive wireless adapter, I was kinda sketched out on whether or not it would work as if it was complete cheap garbage it would've just not connected properly, however it works perfectly for my use so it should work for whatever you need it for!

Plug-and-play, fits under GTX 4090
These have been plug-and-play for me running PCIe 4.0 x1 devices like an old Elgato HD60 pro and a BlackMagic Decklink Mini Monitor HD. Low profile enough to get out from under my GTX 4090 on my mATX board. Make sure you measure how far you actually want the cable to go -- the cable is not very flexible so it may not be easy to mount the card attached to this riser if you buy one with the cable too long.

Seems to work well.
Does just what I needed, allows access to a 1X slot that was blocked by the video card. I had tried a USB 2.5GB ethernet adapter but it died in a few months, you need a real network card for long term use but I couldn't install that plus a GPU until now. Getting the full 275mb/s on the network this adapter didn't effect speed.

Buena opción si como a mí la tarjeta gráfica tapa los puertos PCIe y no puedes añadir una tarjeta, por ejemplo para conectar otro disco M2. Lo único es que no trae algún tipo de soporte para ajustar en la chapa, yo lo he sujetado a la tarjeta con bridas para que no se mueva. Por lo demás de momento muy bien.
