Good kit. Good accessories.
You seem to somewhat need a proper/custom plate to seal the dome. It coming with two plates for glasses is WAY more valuable than you expect.

Smoking gun
Good for small amounts. Not for large quantities, but good for home and maybe a smaller food service establishment. Did 30 duck breasts and worked fine.

Good until it is not....
I purchased this smoking gun in May 2024. Last night I noticed it was not working. This is the SECOND time I purchased this gun with the same result. It is no longer eligible for return or exchange. If you are good with paying for a cool toy that you with get 2 months use with, this is your option!

Cool gadget
Bought this for my fiancé for Christmas, he’s huge into smoking meat and he has every accessory known to man.....until we discovered this bad boy. It’s pretty cool, you can smoke drinks, foods, he smoked some marinade before marinading the meat. It was delicious!
