Elben of the Vantrue Customer Service Team has given me exceptional customer support by forwarding additional electrostatic stickers for my Vantrue camera. I certainly appreciate Elben's extra effort by Vantrue Support to help this errant customer.I am also pleased with the quality of the Vantrue Dash Cam. The smart phone interface is a wonderful experience for me to explore. Picture quality is beautiful and the software is excellent. The firmware update was a big plus in choosing Vantrue. The Built-in super capacitor power source was a huge asset to me since I have had other car cams which were only powered by internal batteries. The daily on/off of a battery powered car cam destroys the battery life too soon. I am pleased with my Vantrue purchase.Thanks so very much,Donald Bauer

I had issues installing the software. I communicated with their support and after a while I discovered I was talking to a computer and not as live person. Kind of disappointing and never really got my questions answered!
