This 4-pole extension cable carries mic as well as left and right audio signals. If your wired headphones/earbuds have volume control buttons or answer/end call buttons, this externsion cable will also carry those signals to your device too, even when using a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. The build quality seems good, with quality materials.

Opened the sealed bag it came in, connected to several headphones and could only get audio in the right channel. Even then, it was terrible audio quality. The product I received was defective, but I definitely won't be ordering from them again. Not worth the risk.

I had a pair of wired headphones that were just not long enough to reach the back of my computer and this thing fixed the problem. Plugged in both sides and now I have no problem at all. Good sturdy construction, clean sound and solid connection. Great product!
