The Tao of Tea, Pearl Green Tea, Loose Leaf, 4.0 Ounce Tin

Very well packaged and overall delicious tea. I do a quick wash first and then a 60 second first steep. This produces a very smooth tea with light citrus notes and a touch of sweetness. All other steeps are 90 seconds and this produces a much more robust tea, at least for a green tea. For the money, I would definitely recommend.

This green tea is different than the typical Chinese "high mountain" or Japanese type. It's a bit unique and also not pricey. It's crisp yet not cutting. I will buy from again.

I am a tea snob, and have found that The Tao of Tea is fantastic. Is this as good as local stuff that I get from my tea store? No, but it will work in a pinch and to the average tea drinker, this will be some of the best tea that they ever had. So I would definitely buy it again, and will serve it to my guests who don't have the same appreciation and love for tea as I do. After all, I won't waste a $50 and ounce tea on someone who doesn't appreciate it.
