My vitamin D was only 7 on my blood test so my doc prescribed high dose D2 taken 1x/wk. I took it until I read Dr Mercola's article about this product which has high dose D3 taken daily. I switched and after 1 month my D was back up to 29, which is nearly in the normal zone (above 30). I have continued to use it and have felt my energy and stamina return. I'm feeling better about my immune system as well coming into this new cold and flu season. I was sick the entire winter last year because of low D. Not this year!

Get it all in two pills
This is the first vitamin I found that comes with everything I want for Vit D. Works well for me. Bones are strong at age 60
