Good quality. I recommend it
Came as shown with crowbar to remove old ear pads. It was hard to remove old ear pads with the crowbar so I used cuticle pusher to remove the old ones it was much easier for me. The color is a bit grayish not white and my headset is rose gold but its not that bad.

It suits well, easy to put on but unfortunately the tape is not too good as one fell off after 1 week.
